Our story
It started with a carpet that looked clean for six days.
Our founder was managing a serviced apartment block when a contractor deep cleaned every unit. Within a week the traffic lanes were grey again, because the carpets had been shampooed rather than extracted. The soil was never removed, only moved.
That gap between looking clean and being clean is the reason Horizon Solutions Group exists. We invested in commercial hot-water extraction equipment and wrote down a process that does not change whether we are cleaning one bedroom or an entire hotel floor.
Today we are a specialist team focused on what we do best: carpet cleaning, sofa cleaning and stain removal, for hotels, offices, homes, bond cleans and commercial sites across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Our own technicians
The person who quotes your job is on our payroll and uniformed, and you will usually get the same technician back for repeat visits. It is the least glamorous difference on this list and the one clients mention most.
