Fabric-tested, low-moisture cleaning for lounges, chairs and compatible upholstery, using the dedicated upholstery tool rather than a carpet wand.

Loose rugs cleaned off the floor and matched to the fibre, whether wool, synthetic or a blend. Controlled moisture and proper drying so the backing, edges and fringes are not damaged.

Most carpets are touch dry in two to four hours. Our extraction recovers the large majority of the moisture we put in, so you are not left with a soaked underlay. We bring air movers to speed up drying in humid weather or low-airflow rooms.
Often, yes, but not always. We pre-inspect and tell you honestly what we expect to lift before we start. Red wine, coffee, pet urine, ink and grease all need different chemistry. Where a mark is permanent fibre damage or dye loss rather than soil, we say so upfront rather than charge you to find out.
Yes. We use low-residue, pH-balanced solutions and rinse thoroughly, so there is no sticky film left behind once the carpet is dry.
We currently work weekends and weekday evenings from 4:00pm. That suits offices and tenanted properties that cannot lose a working day, and it is our standard rate, not an after-hours surcharge.
No. We move and protect light furniture as part of the service and clean underneath it. Please clear breakables, electronics and anything of personal value beforehand. Heavy items such as pianos and wall units stay in place unless you arrange otherwise.
We cover Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Call-out is free within 20km of Mount Gravatt. Beyond that we quote any travel upfront, never added later.
Homes every twelve months, or every six months with pets, allergies or young children. Offices every three to six months in traffic lanes. Many carpet manufacturers also require professional cleaning at set intervals to keep the warranty valid.
